The aforementioned websites serve to present and offer engineering services, technical consulting, as well as digital products and services in the field of engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The target group of our offer is primarily business customers (B2B).

As a freelance engineer and consultant with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of less than 2 million euros, we fall under the definition of a micro-enterprise pursuant to § 2 No. 17 BFSG.

Insofar as services in electronic commerce are provided via these websites, we, as a micro-enterprise, are exempt from certain obligations of the Accessibility Strengthening Act pursuant to § 3 Para. 3 Sentence 1 BFSG. Nevertheless, it is our express goal to make our digital offerings as accessible as possible for all users.

Furthermore, our offer is primarily aimed at business customers (B2B). Pure B2B offers generally do not fall within the scope of the BFSG, provided they are not directed at consumers.
